When you call, you should be at your computer and have the appropriate product documentation at
hand. Be prepared to give the following information:
The Serial Number(s) of the DADiSP Product(s) that you are using
The version number(s) of the DADiSP Product(s) that you are using
The type of hardware that you are using.
The exact wording of any messages that appeared on your screen
What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
How you tried to solve the problem
From the Help menu, choose About DADiSP.
