The x- and y-axis scales can be displayed with or without labels on any side of the plotting area. The SCALES function has all possible combinations and is accessible via View > Scales > Location.
The scales in an overlay window can be either staggered away from the plotting area (i.e. distance separates the tic marks from the plotting area), or flush with the edge of the plotting area (i.e. the tic marks directly abut the plotting area). By default, overlay scales displayed on the same side of the plotting area are staggered outward.
Click on the scales associated with the yellow series (the sine wave). Choose View > Scales > Location and set these scales to display with X top, Y left with labels. Then click on the scales associated with the red series (the cosine wave). Set these scales to display with Y right with labels (since the sine and cosine wave share the same x-axis). Finally, click on the scales associated with the green series (the XY plot), and set those scales to be X bottom, Y left with labels.
