Enabling DDE

DADiSP's DDE functionality is controlled by the DDE_ENABLED flag in the configuration file named DADiSP.CNF. Set DDE_ENABLED to 1 in DADiSP.CNF to insure DADiSP's DDE capability is activated when DADiSP starts. If you are not using DDE, you may wish to set DDE_ENABLED to 0 to avoid unnecessary processing of DDE messages.

DADiSP supports two methods of working with DDE, Copy/Paste Link menus and DDE functions. Copy/Paste Link menus are very easy to use, but offer little flexibility. DDE functions provide extensive DDE capability, but are correspondingly more difficult to use.
