Standard Support Agreement
The Standard Support Agreement includes the following benefits:

- Transfer of Stand Alone licenses to a new or updated operating system
- Transfer of Floating licenses to a new or updated server
Gold Support Agreement
The Gold Support Agreement includes all of the features of a Standard Agreement plus these additional benefits:
- Major new releases at NO charge
- Includes unlimited technical telephone and email support for Legacy Version licenses
- 10% discount on training
- 10% discount on custom development
- 10% discount on all DADiSP Modules

Network Licenses
The price of a PC Networked or "Floating" License is based upon the number of concurrent DADiSP users on a single network. DADiSP Floating Licenses are self metering - no additional license monitoring software is required.
