Caption Colors

Specifies the default colors for the window caption. A window is normally in one of three states, Selected, Active or Not Selected.

A Selected window has focus and becomes the default target of any command or formula that manipulates or results in a series. A window becomes Selected by right clicking it with the mouse or navigating to it with the keyboard arrow keys.

An Active behaves the same as a Selected window except the keyboard arrow keys scroll the series rather than select the next window. A window becomes Active by zooming (e.g. press F10 or click the Zoom button) or pressing the Enter key on an unzoomed window.

A window that is Not Selected does not have focus but still could be the target of a dialog box that manipulates or results in a series if so specified.

Normal Caption Text The color of the caption text for a selected window.
Normal Caption Background The background color of the caption area for a selected window.
Inactive Caption Text The color of the caption text for a window that is not selected.
Inactive Caption Background The background color of the caption area for a window that is not selected.
Active Caption Text The color of the caption text for a window that is selected and activated. The keyboard arrow keys manipulate the series for an activated window. For a non-active window, the arrow keys determine the next selected window.
Active Caption Background The background color of the caption area for a window that is selected and activated if Highlight Active Window is checked.
