When you purchase software from DSP Development Corporation, you receive more than just a download and a polite 'good luck'. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with ongoing solutions to your data analysis demands through comprehensive product support.

You aren't simply buying a piece of software, you're investing in a unique approach to scientific data analysis and visualization that will grow as your requirements expand and change. Our goal is to establish DSP's scientific and engineering software as an industry standard. Accomplishing that goal requires a constant dialogue with you, so that we can incorporate your suggestions into future products and updates.

Free Technical Support

As a DADiSP customer, you are automatically entitled to three (3) months (from the date the product was shipped) of free product support (via phone, fax or our Tech Support page), and updates upon request. You must register your product with DSP to be eligible. Since we improve and add functionality to DADiSP constantly, we want to make those modifications available to you as soon as possible. And don't hesitate to contact DSP when you have questions about our products or your particular application.

Annual Support Contract

Before the three month term has expired, you will be contacted regarding an Annual Support Contract for a fee based on the product list price. This annual contract will keep your overall software costs to a minimum while preventing software obsolescence.
