DADiSP/ReadKSBin is a fully dialog based module. However, the following functions can be used on a standalone basis to read Keysight BIN files.

readksbin	Load a multi-channel Keysight BIN file directly into a Window or variable.
rksbgui	Invoke the ReadKSBin GUI
