DADiSP/ReadKSBin is a dialog based module to import KEYSIGHT BIN binary multi-channel data files. Keysight BIN files of any size and data type are supported.

Designed for waveforms generated by a variety of Keysight (formerly Agilent) and Rigol instruments, DADiSP/ReadKSBin imports the raw data saved in a BIN file and automatically applies the necessary data scaling along with channel specific sample rates and engineering units.
