Editing the Default Import Header

 

At the top of the Import Data dialog box, you will see the File Type set to ASCII, and the Import Filename set to the file you selected (including the path to the file). If the file you want to import is ASCII, move on to set the Header parameters. If the file you have selected to import is a binary file, click on the arrow button, and choose the appropriate binary file type. Binary file types and ranges:
