Technical Support and Software Upgrades

As a DADiSP customer you are automatically entitled to three (3) months (from the day of purchase) of free product support and updates upon request when your registration card is filed with DSP. Since we improve and add functionality to DADiSP constantly, we want to make those modifications available to you as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to call, write, or FAX DSP when you have questions about our products or your particular application.

After the three month term has expired, you may purchase an annual support/maintenance contract. Contact DSP for more information regarding purchasing a support/maintenance contract. This annual contract will prevent software obsolescence but, in order to be eligible, you must first register as a DADiSP customer.

Finally, DSP Development Corporation will replace DADiSP media free of charge within 90 days of purchase if they prove defective. To receive a software replacement, return the defective disks/tapes to DSP along with the seven-digit serial number appearing on the product.
