DADiSP 6.0 B18 Release Notes

Read Only Labbooks

DADiSP can process Labbooks that are saved as read-only. Worksheets, Datasets and Series can be viewed and processed. Of course, saving and deleting operations are not valid in a read-only Labbook.

The location of read-write temporary files can be specified with the SPILL_FILE_DIR configuration parameter or environment variable.

Read only Labbooks are useful for manipulating Data stored on read only media, such as a CDROM.
